Our chosen family of 22 stayed in this gorgeous house for a week and no one wanted to leave. This house has everything you could ever want and more. Plenty of space to spread out, as well as gather. The perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the most gorgeous back yard I've ever seen with cabana, pool, hot tub and fire pit. Some houses look sad and lonely with sparse decor, but not X-Ta-Sea! Someone put some serious thought and work into finding the perfect decor and it shows! Thank you for having such a beautiful home to share with the world, it was truly a dream to stay in!

This house is GORGEOUS! Modern, clean, beautifully designed and furnished- and still warm and inviting. The kitchen is very spacious and has ever amenity! The views of the ocean are insane. We stayed in the winter, and got to enjoy the beauty and feel of being on the beach, while staying warm inside! Also, the layout worked really well for our group. We ran a retreat for young adults in their 20's, and it was a perfect setup. There was more than enough room for us to meet all together at times, but then lots of other living areas around the house and property to go when we needed to split up. We HIGHLY recommend this house!!

I can't imagine a better use of space! There's multiple rooms where large parties of people can be together, as well as space for people to hide, and be alone, who want that. There's even a elevator, so it's wheelchair accessible to all three floors. We had a great time staying here, and it was week I'll never forget!

This place was a dream come true! Ecstasy (meaning pure joy) was absolutely an accurate name! It was GORGEOUS, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and wanted. The decor says "place at the beach" in the most tasteful and sophisticated manner. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the spaces are roomy and yet somehow still feel cozy, the outdoor space is fun with plenty to do whether it is summer or winter, like shuffleboard, fire pit, and jacuzzi. The owners have thought of everything from a dog washing area to an elevator so those of us staying downstairs have the ease of not carrying heavy things up stairs. I just can't say enough about our time here. There's a billion other great things to write about but I say you come experience it for yourself. It's worth EVERY penny. :)

Wow! Had a bunch of friends that stayed at this incredible house for our friend's wedding and all I can say is I have never felt more at home at a rental house! Not only does this place accurately advertise pristine and cleanliness in the images at first glance, what it does not show right away is how amazingly you feel at home in this house! We had so much fun with the jacuzzi, pool table, the abundant amount of space to keep food and drinks, and just being able to live with friends and have a comfortable and safe environment to get to know each other more and not have any worries with not having anything provided for us! Not only does this house seem so blessed, they're also literally 3-4 mins walk to the beach, which is gorgeous! There's laundry, many dishwashers, a huge huge kitchen and dining area, lots of patios, and plenty of rooms and bathrooms that housed so many of us! Book this today, it is beyond worth it, you will cherish your time together at this house and keep all your memories together, which clearly is the point to this house. Enjoy, and I give all the props to the owners too, they were the best hosts and allowed us to just enjoy their home as our own!

What an experience! I’ve stayed at probably over twenty something rental properties in the past ten years and this one takes the cake. Here are some takeaways: - first thing I noticed was how clean and new it felt. - Modern but warm and comfortable. With modern houses, sometimes you lose the warm and comforting family feeling you get from a home, but this was the perfect blend. - the back patio! What a set up! The small pool house set up blew my mind with the outdoor kitchen and flat screen set up. If I could, I would just stay out there forever. - close to beach. The beach is a 2 minute walk away but I didn’t even think I had to go to the beach since the house is a vacation getaway on its own. - the first floor game room set up is the perfect set up and size for lots of folks to hang out all night long - LOVED the shuffle board near the side of the house. Me and a buddy could have played that all night. - beds are super comfortable - bathrooms were so clean, roomy, and clean I could go on but I’ll stop there, since I’ve probably lost most of you by now due to the length of this review. My closing statement- when I visit a town a second time, I usually want to stay somewhere new for a different experience. When I get a chance to come back to Virginia, I’m staying here again. Nothing else could beat it.

We all stayed at this beautiful house this past week for a wedding! The bridal party was able to stay together under one roof while hot-tubbing, cooking, having deep conversations looking out to the nearby ocean, all while prepping the couple for their big day! It was a wonderful week!
