This is a great destination for family groups for summer vacations, a weekend get-away and holiday gatherings. Dogs, (max 2) are allowed so the entire family can enjoy time together…even the four-legged members! The main living area includes a great room, kitchen, and dining all with great ocean views and an open floor plan so everyone can be together. Décor offers a cozy beach cottage feel. The rooftop deck offers panoramic views of the ocean and bay, with great sunrises and sunsets to enjoy every day. All bedrooms are “Shore Relaxin’” with fresh linens.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Perfect Location

What a week! The weather in the beginning was beautiful. Played on the beach, fished from the beach, walked to the pier and fished, walked to the park for the kids to play and collected shells! The house is set up perfectly with 2 bedrooms on each side of the main floor. The loft was awesome for the kids. Each got a bunk, we could hear them and all of their toys stayed up there. They only came down to eat or go outside! Fridge on the first floor so nobody had to go upstairs to refuel. While I was cooking some were sitting at the counter, some were at the table and some were watching the game. We were all together! Even though the pool was not open for use, it was beautiful. Just walk through the gate and you are on the beach! Nothing can beat the views from the living area and two bedrooms. Million $$$$$ views. Plenty of bathrooms with one on the first floor and one in the loft. Two more were shared on the main floor. Never had an issue with no master bedroom. The place was clean when we arrived and we had ZERO issues with anything, except my husband that would not do the dishes because he was on vacation. The furniture in the living room was so comfortable, many cat naps were taken. The decks were fantastic with access to the hot tub. So convenient being on the second floor. The beds were really comfortable. Listening to the waves at night was so relaxing and took the stress right out of life. Used the grill to cook most nights and it work like the boom! After dinner at the house the grown ups with no children walked to the BAJA, a local restaurant and bar, for a drink or two. Before we went down I had a few questions and the folks at Sandbridge Blue were quick to respond and very helpful! Thanks for helping us have a great family vacation. I can't say enough about how perfect the location and views were. Great family vacation!!!
