Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Wow!

This beautiful Bayside Retreat has it all. It is nice and quiet at the end of the street. We preferred not being on the beach or even on the second or third row. Being only steps from the beach and right on the bay, this beautiful vacation home offers something for everyone who stays. We brought 15 people ranging from Boomers down to Gen A. The pool was a hit right away and very private and in the sun all day.. No sooner did we arrive than did 5 of our college/HS kids find their way to the salt water pool. 2 found the fishing poles and tackle and started fishing in the bay and I pumped up our paddle board and hit the bay accompanied by my beautiful lady in one of the kayaks we rented. The beach gear credit was key for renting a single and double kayak to enjoy on the bay with our SUP. You will find plenty of pool and beach toys on property from floats, water volleyball, a couple beach chairs, a bunch of wake boards etc. There is a nice 5 burner gas grill with a side stove. We burned her off quickly and she works great. We had friends over that live in town. I cooked for 30 people with burgers, dogs, shrimp skewers and fresh fish ( there is a grate that is about the size of a large mahi filet that is made for fish). The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The pool is plenty big enough and was nice and warm for our stay. There is 6-7 loungers and other chairs to hang out in. The home is first class. Smelled fresh and clean. IS fresh and clean. The crew did a great job prepping for our arrival. It was showroom ready. All the beds are very comfy. The bedding is clean with no odors. Carpet in the bedrooms is fairly new. Towels were perfect. All the showers were in great working order. Our Master shower was awesome with the rain, hand held and main shower. The floor is heated! Both kitchens are well equipped with everything one would need with plenty of serving bowls, pots and pans of all sizes( largest pot fit 18 ear of corn). Stovetop, oven and microwave(quiet) top notch. Drawer style dishwashers (quiet) offered a convenient and quick means for keeping up with dishes. Bring plastic of paper plates for poolside. There is a bunch of plastic glass ware for poolside too. The ice maker in the main fridge was down and they provided trays. We supplemented daily with a bag of ice. A counter top ice maker would be handy. The washers and dryers worked great (set on bottom and main floor). The AC kept up nicely and temp in the house was consistent at 74. There was plenty of room for all even when we had the big crowd over for pool, bay and dinner. Plenty of parking. There is a door everywhere you want to go. The outside deck was great. Sunsets awesome. Sandbridge blue realty was awesome! We had a couple items to check in about. We used the text stream that they initiated for our stay. They came first am Monday to check on the ice maker and helped with locking some of the doors. They are very responsive and helpful. We did give them a few items to check on once we left that they were going to look at on checkout day for the next renters. Pool guys came early one morning and were quick and professional. Same with the yard crew. We would def stay here again and would highly recommend SandbridgeBlue!

Bayside Retreat

This home is named perfectly as a “retreat”, the fantastic view of the bay is so relaxing. Just a short walk to the beach. With 3 living areas and 2 kitchens plenty of room to gather with friends or retreat to the privacy of the bayside dock. I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental and I hope to return there soon😎☀️

Beautiful place!

We stayed here for a women's retreat. Plenty of space! 2 kitchens and living areas. The views outside are nice! Beds are comfy, kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking and it's very close to the beach.
