Greetings from a glorious morning here at Sandbridge. We had a cold front pass through yesterday afternoon that brought us some rain, and this morning the humidity is down, the temperatures are perfect, and the sun is shining. You don't need Inspector dog to tell you that it is a great beach day.
Inspector Dog is our subject of Memory Monday today. This photo sent to us by John and Kathy Welch is just too cute to pass up.
We entitled this "Inspector Dog" because this shot reminds us of a television detective who might have worn a similar hat (Columbo anyone?), and asked a question. "Excuse me maam? Do you happen to have some treats?"
This hat may also come in handy to block the UV rays at the beach on a very sunny week like we are going to experience this week.
Speaking of this week - it is one of our favorites. Independence day is this Thursday which means hot dogs, beach time, and fireworks! We hope you have a great Independence day week. Use your suncreen, hydrate and be safe this holiday!
