Greetings from a glorious Sandbridge Beach. I was just out on the beach earlier this morning with my dog enjoying a beautiful Christmas Eve sunrise.
It was truly an amazing sight as the sun was rising over an otherwise very calm Atlantic ocean, I looked to the west and saw the remnants of a full moon setting in the northwestern sky. Did you know that the full moon we had on the first day of winter was such a rare situation that none of us may live to see it again.
At any rate as I was walking with my dog on the beach, and enjoying the first light of day I noted a pod of dolphins playing in the waves. I think that is supposed to be good luck. I am going to take it that way regardless.
This is a great opportunity to be with family and friends. We hope you are spending Christmas with those that you care for the most, and that you are making great memories.
Speaking of great memories, that is pretty much the idea of this blog, and we bring you a picture this week of great friends that vacationed with Blue earlier this year and when it came time to say goodbye, they didn't want to go.
We love this picture.
You can see by the look in the little guy's eye that he had a great time with his friend and does not want to leave. A great thought as we enjoy the Christmas season together with the people we love the most.
Thanks to all of you for a great 2018 and we hope you and your families have the best Christmas ever.
All the best from the beach!
