Greetings from Sandbridge Beach. We saw some snow over the weekend, but for the most part we were spared as compared to locations north of the resort area. It is a vey quiet time in Sanbridge and we we have named this week's post "beach peace."
This week's picture comes to us from Susie Phillips of Providence Forge, Virginia who stayed with us at "Starfish Inn" very recently.
Susie says one of her favorite things about Sandbridge at this time of year is the beach peace. The peace and solitude that abounds in January.
Lost in a novel
There is a lot to this photo. It speaks to us. We think of quiet days on the beach away from our computers. Care free days of reading a great novel on the beach. Few worries, and a very relaxing time.
That is what we specialize in - particularly at this time of the year. Sandbridge Beach has never been as beautiful as it is in the winter.
