Current employment opportunities:


Operations Manager

-Positive attitude with background in customer service

-Organize an efficient scheduling process for Maintenance, Property Services, and Housekeeping staff

-Oversee the inspections of properties for guest/owner arrival to assure satisfaction

-Report and correct Housekeeping paperwork issues with individual Housekeeping crews

-Ensure all property housekeeping issues are handled in a timely matter

-Assign, update, complete and follow up on all maintenance work orders by relaying all detailed information in a timely manner to appropriate parties

-Assist in training the team in proper procedures and correct use of equipment/chemicals

-Actively seek and handle guest, owner, and colleague feedback, following through on action taken to improve customer satisfaction

-Liaise with all staff to coordinate guest service and resolve emerging issues promptly

-Ensuring the greatest attention to detail and most importantly the highest standards for overall cleanliness and maintenance of properties

-Ensure completion of housekeeping crew assignments and inspections, maintaining a regular number of quality control inspections per month

-Foster an environment of open communication and creative problem solving

-Manage payroll for hourly employees

-Manage completion and billing of all work orders for Sandbridge Blue and outside vendors

-Maintain scheduling for regular maintenance and property services items; air filters, security checks

-Ensure a safe work environment is maintained and that all employees are committed to working safely

-Overall objective of retaining managed rental properties while also ensuring outstanding guest services

-Complete additional assigned projects and duties accurately and timely as needed

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

-Reliable transportation to report to work and drive to Sandbridge properties

-Must be able to lift 45 lbs., actively move through properties, and sit and stand for long periods of time
