“Grandma D’s Sea Ranch” is a no-fuss, no-frills rental property that has a beautiful private pool and is located at the quiet north end for family fun. The pictures tell it all, and we are so happy to offer this affordable and easy accommodation for budget-minded guests that want to come to enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool, and have time with each other. The flooring in the main part of the house is original hardwood, and the screened porch gives you time to bond with stories, and games or just relax with a breeze and a book. Think tall tales, watermelon, and popsicles! There are 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds for everyone, one queen master bedroom, and another full bath off the kitchen that includes the washer and dryer. The kitchen has the original 1950s cast iron sink including the drain board, and the enamel hutch still has the attachments from when they used to sift the flour directly into the bowls in the cupboard! There are two refrigerators in the house and no icemaker in either. The second Refrigerator can store bags of ice. We aren’t promising professional décor, but it is a solid house with space to enjoy a week at the beach with those you love the most and want to bond with until you all go your separate ways. The North end of Sandbridge is known for quiet secondary streets, for walking and biking.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property.


All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
